LeaderTrip Coaching® was founded by Sven Gade, an executive and team coach with more than 25 years as a senior executive in the logistics industry, mainly at DHL, leading global operations, process improvement, and business development across cross-cultural teams. Sven holds a master's in Mathematics from the University of Hamburg and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and a Certified Team Performance Coach™ (CTPC). Based in Fort Lauderdale, he serves executives and teams in Miami, Philadelphia, and remotely worldwide.

The brief
Executive coaching is sold on credibility, and Sven Gade has it: 25-plus years as a senior executive at DHL, an ICF Professional Certified Coach credential, a master's in mathematics. But a coach's website is often the first and only proof a prospective client sees, and a generic presence undersells exactly the experience that makes the coaching worth it. The brand had to read as seriously as the résumé.
Our work
We built the LeaderTrip brand and website to match the caliber of the coach: clear positioning, a structure that foregrounds his corporate-leadership background and certifications, and an SEO foundation aimed at the executives and teams actually searching for this kind of coaching. The site's job is to do the qualifying, so the conversations that reach Sven's calendar are the right ones.
Why it works
For a solo expert, the website is the differentiator; it either signals "peer to the executives you coach" or it doesn't. Built around real credentials and the specific outcomes Sven delivers, the site turns search interest into booked conversations without him having to chase them.
