A creator-first storefront and Meta engine that paid back in 11 weeks.
Rebuilt the storefront, reshot the creative library, and scaled Meta prospecting with creator UGC for a crafts brand with 25+ years of product equity.
NuFun Activities is a Minnesota-based, 100% woman-owned crafting brand founded in 1996 by Jodi Schwendimann — the inventor of the original Digital Transfer Paper. From a parent-invented Mess Free Paper to a deep range of printable iron-on transfer papers for t-shirts, wood, chalkboard and dry-erase surfaces, NuFun's products are manufactured in-house at their own Minnesota factory and sold direct, through Amazon, and through craft retail. Decades of category expertise, non-toxic formulations, and a founder who still runs the lab.

The brief
NuFun Activities came to us looking to move a specific number through e-commerce · web + paid social. The starting conditions: real spend, partial tracking, and a gap between what dashboards reported and what the business was actually seeing.
Our approach
We ran the engagement the way we run every engagement — one senior team, one weekly operating rhythm, and measurement rebuilt before the campaigns. Structure, attribution, and creative got the attention they needed, in that order.
The outcome
11 wks to payback — and, more importantly, a program the team can run, measure, and compound on instead of a black box they have to trust.
